Churches Together
A Church With Wider Link
s

We are a Reformed Church : our national organisation unites the former Presbyterian Church of England with most of the former Congregational Churches in England, Wales and Scotland - together with the member churches of the Reformed Association of Churches of Christ. We strongly support Churches Together in Oxted and District and continue to seek the visible unity of all Christian churches which we believe to be the will of Christ (see John, 17.21).

In particular, we work in co-operation with other churches in Oxted, principally with All Saints Catholic Parish and St Mary's Church of England Parish Churches.

More widely, the URC has links with European Reformed Churches (the Église Réformée, in France, for example) and theWorld Alliance of Reformed Churches in Geneva.
The Council for World Mission acts as a clearing house for missionary collaboration between churches of a Congregational or Presbyterian pattern. Teachers, ministers and other church workers from member churches work for periods in other member churches, contributing to their life and raising an awareness of cross-cultural issues and of the global church.
